What is a QR code, and what makes pipao's dynamic?
A QR code is a square barcode people scan with a phone camera to open something — a link, a menu, your WiFi. A dynamic code from pipao lets you change where it points anytime, without reprinting the code itself.
Can I really edit a code after it's printed?
Yes. The printed code never changes, but you can update where it points whenever you like. Switch a link, swap a menu, or redirect a campaign — no reprinting, no re-shipping.
Do I need a subscription, or can I just buy once?
Both work. For QR codes: start free, buy prints as one-off orders, and upgrade to Pro ($9/month billed yearly, $12 monthly) only if you need more codes or unlimited scans. Table ordering is a monthly subscription per venue.
Is there a limit on how many times a code can be scanned?
Scans are included up to your plan's monthly limit — 500 on Free, with more room on paid plans. You always know your limit up front.
Do you really print and ship the QR code to me?
Yes — that's the part most tools leave out. Pick a print template, place your order, and we print the finished code and ship it to your door. No separate designer, print shop, or courier.
Can I run ordering for my restaurant or café?
Yes — that is the Table ordering product, $19 a month per venue with a 14-day trial and no card. It puts a dynamic code on every table; you build menus, take and track orders live, run a kiosk board and add staff with roles.
